Idlies are one of the famous South Indian Breakfast. It can be transformed into many simple varieties like sambar idly, idly upma, chilly idly and fired idlies.

But now you going to get a good combination of Fried Idly with Curd Dip which will really help you to serve the leftover idlies into an exotic snack. You can serve this with curd dip to add an extra taste

Tips

  • Keep it medium flame to get fried all the sides.
  • Idly will suck more oil. So handle it gently.

Ingredients

  • Leftover Idlies 10 count
  • Thick curd
  • 1/2 cup of Carrot
  • 2 tbsp of capsicum
  • 2 tbsp of chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp of processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Direction

  1. Heat the oil in the fry pan and deep fry the idlies for few seconds till they turn brown at all the sides. Keep it in a tissue paper to absorb excess oil in the stripes.
  2. Mix the veggies and extras to curd to make it as a dip.
  3. Now serve the fried idlies with curd tip. It is an excellent combination for your evening time.
