Easy Way to Make Healthy Stuffed Potato Recipe at Your Kitchen

In general, we all love potato in any variety it appears. The potato itself gives us a good feel and fulfil our food time. Then what do you think about stuffing it with paneer and nuts in it?

Well, it’s our delicacy time to have such an occasional variety of potato as our snack.

Let’s try and enjoy this variety of stuffed potato and double up our energy level. This is not a big deal. Everyone can try this stuffing at your own within 20 minutes of your time. Stuffed potato with tomato sauce will complete our day and generates your immunity power.

Tips:   

  • Take a big size potato to make this perfect stuffed potato
  • Use fresh paneer and dry fruits to make yummy stuff
  • Keep the stuffed potato in the freezer for just 5 – 10 minutes to get combine

Total Time: 20 minutes

Preparing Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 4 Plates

Ingredients:

  • 1 Big size Potato
  • 50g Paneer
  • 3tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Chopped ginger
  • Curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • Dry fruits (Cashew, Badam, Dry grapes)
  • Salt to Taste

How to make Stuffed Potato:

  1. Wash and peel the skin of potato and remove the inner portion of it with knife and spoon
  2. Take a pan and add some water, ½ tsp turmeric powder to boil the potato
  3. Once the potato cooks well, remove it from the pan and add the grated potatoes and make it to boil in the same pan.
  4. Now, we can start preparing the stuff to place inside the potato.
  5. Take a mixing bowl and add required salt, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp sugar, dry fruits of your choice (chopped cashew, badam, dry grapes) chopped ginger, mint and coriander leaves, add the potato pulp, grated paneer and mix well
  6. Start stuffing the mixture into the boiled potato. Make sure there is no gap inside the potato
  7. Roll the potato in a silver foil and keep in freezer for 5 mins.
  8. Remove from the foil after 5 mins and transfer it to a plate.
  9. Now start slicing with medium pieces.
  10. Coat with corn flour paste and marinate with breadcrumbs.
  11. Place the tawa onto the stove and apply 1 tsp ghee to roast the pieces.
  12. Now add the potato slices on the tawa and toast it for few minutes.
  13. Once it cooked and turns its colour, remove from the pan.
  14. Stuffed tawa potato is ready to serve.
  15. Enjoy the taste of it and stay healthy.
