Spicy Raw Mango Thokku Recipe [Step by Step Process]

How do I miss this “Raw Mango Thokku” recipe when the market is fully flooded with it? This is the season we get all the varieties of Mango at one time. Use it when it arrives you and never miss the recipes behind this. Last week I hit to market and bought my favorite varieties of Mangoes to go with different varieties. I have tried avakai mango pickle with little bitter mango and today is the time to do our Spicy “Raw Mango Thokku” and this is one of the best Tamil Nadu special.

My mom is the best cook in the world I have ever seen. She used to prepare the dishes with love and keep trying with different varieties in it. Earlier we used to think, how come she is doing all these by her own. And now I got the perfect solution for this. Trying the new dishes is created with our old things.

Now Let’s get started with Raw Mango Thooku without wasting our time.

Tips to make perfect Mangai Thokku:

  • Select raw and little sour Mangoes.
  • If you want to skip adding chili powder, you can add freshly ground chilies.
  • Should not add water into this to avoid spoiling it.
  • Use an airtight container to store it and always use dry spoons to stay fresh for long days.
