Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cardamom

Wheat Puttu Recipe Step by Step:

  • Turn on the stove and place the pan.
  • Once the pan is warm, add the wheat flour and roast it until you get the smell of wheat.
  • Add the roasted dough to a large bowl, add salt and stir well.
  • Then sprinkle a little water and stir the dough well.
  • Add the dough into a mixer jar. Now add the grained dough into the idly pan and steam it.
  • Transfer the steamed dough into a pan. Now add Ghee, Brown Sugar, Grated Coconut, Cardamom and mix it well.
  • Now Our Healthy and tasty Wheat Puttu is ready to serve.
